1.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZER

These legal terms and conditions regulate the promotional draw called “GIFT CARD 200€ Draw” (hereinafter, the “Draw”), organized by DESARROLLOS INSULARES SAU. with Tax Identification Number ESA07232754 and registered address at PASSEIG DE LES FILADORES, 8, FERRERIES - MENORCA, ILLES BALEARS, 07750, SPAIN and contact email info@mascaro.com (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

2. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW

The Draw is strictly promotional and its purpose is to encourage the purchase of products from the Organizer's SS26 collection during the promotional period indicated in these terms and conditions.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND ELIGIBILITY

Individuals over 18 years of age who purchase products from the SS26 collection through the Organizer's channels—online store and physical stores—during the participation period may participate. The territorial scope of participation is Spain and International (EU, USA, and countries outside the EU where the products are sold on the Mascaró website).

4. DURATION OF THE DRAW (PARTICIPATION PERIOD)

The participation period of the Draw It will run from 20/03/2026 to 31/03/2026, both inclusive, until 23:59 hours (Spanish Peninsular Time, CET/CEST).

5.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS. ACCESS/PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS WHEN THE PROMOTION IS COMMUNICATED ELECTRONICALLY. All purchases of products from the SS26 collection made during the period indicated in the previous clause will automatically participate in the Draw, provided the purchase is associated with a valid email address that allows the participant to be identified. • Online purchases: all orders include an associated email address, therefore they are automatically entered into the Draw. • In-store purchases: the customer must provide an email address at the time of purchase so that it can be registered as a valid entry. Each valid purchase associated with an email address will count as one entry in the Draw. The Organizer may send electronic communications regarding the Draw, ensuring that the participation conditions are clearly and permanently accessible.

6. EXCLUSIONS. The following may not participate in the Draw: i) Employees of the Organizer; ii) Direct collaborators of the Organizer linked to the activation; iii) Relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity of the above; iv) Persons who, in the opinion of the Organizer, may generate a conflict of interest or fail to comply with these rules.

7.- PRIZE- The Prize will consist of one (1) gift card for the amount of TWO HUNDRED EUROS (€200) (hereinafter, the “Prize”). The gift card will be governed by its terms of use: - No expiration date. - Usage limitations by country or product type. - Not redeemable for cash. - Partial use is possible, if applicable.

8. WINNER SELECTION The winner will be selected by random draw through a website random selection tool from among all valid entries registered during the participation period. The Organizer may designate 3 alternates in case the winner cannot be contacted, does not meet the terms and conditions, or declines the Prize.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION The winner will be notified on April 8, 2026, by email to the email address associated with the participating purchase. The winner must accept the Prize and provide the data strictly necessary for its delivery within 5 calendar days of notification. If no response is received within this period, the Organizer may award the Prize to the first alternate, and so on.

10. PRIZE DELIVERY The Prize will be delivered by mail within ten (10) days of the winner's acceptance and verification of the participation requirements.

11. TAXATION Where applicable, the Prize may be subject to taxation in accordance with the tax regulations applicable to the winner based on their tax residence. The Organizer will inform, where appropriate, of any tax obligations that may arise.

12. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data processed within the framework of the Draw will be strictly necessary to: (i) manage participation linked to the purchase, (ii) conduct the draw, (iii) contact the winner, and (iv) deliver the Prize. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS The Organizer reserves the right to exclude invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries. The Organizer may declare the Prize void if there are no valid entries or if awarding the Prize in accordance with these terms is impossible.
