This channel is exclusively dedicated to reporting legal breaches committed by the organization or its members, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

What are considered regulatory breaches?
Without being exhaustive or exclusive, the following are considered:
- Fraud and scams
- Money laundering
- Tax evasion or avoidance
- Offenses against intellectual or industrial property
- Unfair competition
- Offenses against the market or consumers
- Internal corruption
- Irregularities with Social Security or the Tax Agency
- Violation of data protection regulations
- Disclosure of trade secrets
- Embezzlement
- Crimes against the environment and public health
- Violation of workers' rights
Examples of situations that may be reported through this channel include:
- Possible illegal conduct or behavior related to job performance
- Alleged misuse or mismanagement of company resources
- Situations of discrimination or sexual harassment
- Corruption, theft, fraud, or similar practices
Who can submit a report?
Any employee of the company, as well as external individuals who are or have been professionally or laborally linked to it.
How can I submit a report?
Reports can be submitted verbally, in writing, or in person by following the steps indicated in the Confidential Whistleblowing Channel form. Reports may also be submitted anonymously.
How will the report be handled?
The report will be processed ensuring confidentiality and the prohibition of retaliation against the whistleblower.
What principles protect the whistleblower?
The internal reporting system guarantees confidentiality, protection against retaliation, respect for independence, data protection, communication secrecy, and proper practices for monitoring, investigation, and protection of the whistleblower.
